KYOVA is now accepting applications for the following funding programs in the Huntington, WV-KY-OH Transportation Management Area (TMA): suballocated Surface Transportation Program (STP), suballocated Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) and suballocated Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ)* - OH. The TMA includes: Cabell and Wayne counties, WV; Boyd and Greenup counties, KY and Lawrence County, OH. Projects will be funded in FY 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 from KYOVA suballocated funds. Round 2 Intent-to-Apply applications will open July 1, 2015 and will end at close of business July 31, 2015. Final Project Applications will be accepted through close of business September 4, 2015. An open house will be held to provide more information to applicants on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the KYOVA Office located at 400 Third Avenue, Huntington, WV.

Intents-to-Apply will be accepted from January 1, 2016 through close of business January 29, 2016. Project Applications will be accepted through close of business March 1, 2016.
